Case record put up. L/C for OP Smti S Neogi present. L/C reported that the OP has complied to the order dated 01.04.2022 passed by this Commission. The matter is settled amicably between the parties and OP paid Rs 8000/- to the Complainant. L/C has produced before this Commission the passbook and bank's statement of the Complainant where it was reflected the amount of Rs 8000/-. As both parties are satisfied with the settlement, the case is disposed off accordingly.
