COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Mr.Rajinder Pandey, Adv., for the Op No.1.

                   Op No.2 already ex-parte.

 

                  

Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant. However, the complainant has made a separate statement stating that due to technical defect, she wants to withdraw her present complaint with liberty to file fresh one.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
