Present:       Complainant Ajay Kumar in person alongwith counsel Sh.Sanjeev

Sharma, Advocate.

Sh.Amit Rai, Advocate for OPs.

                   Sh.Amit Rai, Adv. has filed POA on behalf of OPs and suffered a statement that OPs have compromised the matter with the complainant. By virtue of that compromise, he has handed-over the DD no.297015 dated 31.12.14 amounting to Rs.7499/- to the complainant Sh.Ajay Kumar today in the Forum. Now nothing is against the OPs.

                   On the other hand, complainant Ajay Kumar alongwith counsel Sh.Sanjeev Sharma, Adv. has suffered a statement that he has compromised the matter with the OPs. By virtue of that compromise, he has received the DD no.297015 dated 31.12.14 amounting to Rs.7499/- from Ld. counsel for OPs, today in the Forum. Now nothing is against the OPs. As such, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. 

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant Ajay Kumar, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn as satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
