27.05.2024:

           Heard Learned counsels for DHR and JDR.    Learned counsel for JDR submits that, in FA No.768/2022 the Hon’ble NCDRC had modified the award passed by this Commission and directed that, the complainant shall make payment of the balance amount as on  the date of commencement of the allotment letter, thereafter the Appellant shall execute the sale deed in favour of the complainant within one month from the date of clearance of the dues.  On the contrary, LC for DHR submits a Memo stating that, as the JDR has registered a site in favour of DHR, is hereby recorded and directed to record FS. In view of FS execution petition stands closed.
