                     On the last date of hearing i.e. 2.12.2015 none had put into appearance on behalf of the complainant and notice was issued to the complainant for today.  Today also none appeared on behalf of the complainant  despite calling the case several times since morning.  It is already 2:30 PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
