                                    In spite of receipt of notice by this forum the opposite party remained       silent and did not             turn of to file any written version. In absence of any written            version from the opposite             party we proceeded  the matter exparte and we have          nothing  to disbelieve  the      allegations of the complainant  in absence of any           objection from the side of the            Opp.Party. 

                        Hence, we dispose of the matter with the following directions.

                                                                              ORDER

                        The  opposite party No.1 ,2 & 3  are jointly and  severally liable to   refund  the     amount of the mobile set i.e Rs.15,900/-  along with compensation of Rs.5000/- to the          complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which he is      liable to pay penal interest  @  12%  p.a on the above awarded amount till its      realization.

                        Pronounced in open forum today on this  ….    day of August,2014 under the seal and signature of this forum.

                        Supply the  copy of order free of cost to the parties.
