                        The complainant  has files a memo stating therein that the O.P has   replaced  a new  mobile and pay cash amount of Rs.1500/-  towards compensation  and  hence the petitioner  do not want to proceed further with the case and prayed to close the case.

                        Perused the document and heard the complainant. In view of the above submission of the complainant, the complaint is hereby closed and disposed of accordingly.  Send copy of order to the parties.
