                        ORDER

          Sh.R.N.Garg, Proprietor of M/s Surya Synthetics-complainant, has made statement that he has received cheque of Rs.61,729/- bearing No.321007,dated 31.3.2010 drawn on SBOP, Sector 7-C, Chandigarh, in favour of complainant No.1 Sumit Textiles, from the office of District Forum, towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainants and hence he withdraws the present execution application as satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

          The certificate issued to the Collector concerned under Section 25(3) of the C.P.Act is hereby cancelled and be called back.

          Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
