                    Vakalatnama filed on behalf of OP no. 3.  The counsel for OP no. 3 stated that the mobile handset of the complainant will be repaired and deliver to the complainant in working condition within 15 days.  His statement to this effect recorded separately.

                    The complainant stated that he have been harassed by the service centre of the company/OP no. 2 despite repeated visits.  The OP no. 2 has failed to deliver his mobile handset duly repaired even after the lapse of about 5 months which was deposited by him with OP no. 2 on 04.01.2016.  Considering the facts and submissions of the parties, we award Rs. 1200/- as compensation to the complainant for harassment and mental agony which shall be paid by the OP no. 2 to the complainant.  Accordingly, the complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
