This Execution Application has been filed by the petitioner/decree holder against the judgment debtor/opposite party for compliance of the order in CC.No.19/2023 dated 26.06.2023 failing which to issue warrant of arrest u/s 72 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Memo filed and recorded by both Decree Holder and Judgment Debtor that the matter was settled out of Court.   Hence based on the memo Execution Application terminated.  No cost.
