Fixed for W.V. by the O.P.  Complainant personally appear today and files a petition stating that he has received all the disputed amount from the O.P. and he does not want to proceed the case further. None appear on behalf of the O.P.

Under such circumstances considering the petition filed by the Complainant personally we have decided to dispose of the case.  Hence,

that the C.C. No.55/2018 be and the same is disposed of with satisfaction of the Complainant.  No cost.

A copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
