The representatives of the complainant and ops along with proforma op are present.

Heard the submission of all sides. Considered submission.

In course of hearing it is settled that the ops/ promoters  shall hand over the provincial possession letter immediately in respect of the ground floor flat (G2 measuring about 764 sq.ft, Super Built up area) and also hand over the key within 5 p.m. of this day to complainant no. 1, Smt. Tapati Mitra against receipt.

Op nos. 1 to 3, promoters are directed to complete the remaining works of the ground floor flat (G2) within one month and thereafter shall issued final possession letter in favour of the complainants namely, Tapati Mitra and Tapasi Biswas.

Thus, this C.C. case no. 124 of 2019 is disposed of through National Lok Adalat.

No order is passed regarding payment of compensation.

Let a copy of this order be handed over to all the parties free of cost immediately.
