ORDER

Judgment/Order:

The EE (PWD), Pasighat placed a supply order for a compressor machine to M/s K.G Khosla compressor New Delhi in June 1995 and amount of Rs.225929 was made as the advance on the assurance to deliver within August 1995 but it was delayed for 5 months. Hence the complainant filed this case. 

In the meantime the parties have solved their problem and reported the matter to this court and express their willingness to withdraw the complaint. As the matter was solved within them the withdrawal of case is considered and the case is disposed.
