ORDER

1.   Vide her separate statement recorded on 29.02.2024, Ms.Vibha Dhiman, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that that the complainant/DH has already received an amount of Rs.1,99,250/- from the JD/Accused. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that the complainant/DH had moved an application before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, for getting/releasing the remaining amount of Rs.1,51,250/-, which was deposited by JD/Accused at the time of filing of appeal and the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh has already ordered to release the said amount of Rs.1,51,250/- vide order dated 27.02.2024. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that at this stage, she does not press the present execution application and she withdraw the same being fully satisfied, subject to release of remaining amount from the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to release of remaining amount from the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.
