ORDER

 

Gurukul   versus M/s K-Energy.

 Present:                Shri Sandeep Madan, Advocate for complainant/applicant.

                          Counsel for the complainant/applicant submitted undertaking that the Gurukul or its any authority will not withdraw the said FDR i.e. 467300PU00009558 dated 16.03.2020 or its amount from  the PNB branch till decision of the case from the State Commission where the appeal filed by K-Energy is pending and requested for release of cheque on undertaking. Heard, application for release of the cheque on undertaking allowed. Accountant is directed to disburse the cheque no.872996 dated 24.12.2019 to the counsel for the complainant/applicant. A copy of order be sent to Manager, Punjab National bank, Gurukul Branch, Kurukshetra with the direction not to release the amount of said FDR till final disposal of the appeal by the Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana, Panchkula. Papers be tagged with the main file after due compliance of the order.
