ORDER

Counsel for the complainant states that the OPs have complied with the order and as such he wants to withdraw the execution application being fully satisfied. In this regard he has appended a note on the execution application itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
