ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.12.2023, Sh.Neeraj Kumar, Complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.8000/- in cash from OP No.1,3 & 4 through its counsel Sh.Rajesh Verma, Advocate and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
