Complainant and Opposite Parties filed compromise dated 16.07.2015 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh.1, both the parties have settled the matter as well as Rs.25,000/- has been received by the complainant through DD No.020962 of HDFC Bank against full and final settlement of this case.  Therefore the prayer of the complainant has become infructuous.   Hence the case is dismissed.

              Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and an additional copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
