Appellant – Sh. Shishpal Gupta as well as Sh. Madan Jindal, Director, M/s Jindal Ice and Cold Storage Pvt. Ltd. – respondent are present.  Learned counsel for the appellant is also present.

Both the parties have moved an application today before this Commission that they have entered into compromise and now no dispute remains pending between them.  The appellant is, therefore, not interested to press the appeal before this Commission.

In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, the appeal is decided in terms of the compromise entered between the parties.  The appeal is finally disposed of.  The compromise deed be made part of the order.
