COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person. 

                   Ops No. 1 and 2 ex parte Vide Order Dated 24.01.2020.

 

                   Today the complainant has filed an application for putting up the case file and further permitting to withdraw the present complaint. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for. Case is preponed from 11.03.2020 to today. 

                   Complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been compromised with the Ops, so, I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
