              OP-4 exparte vide order dated 20.10.2022.

                                           

       Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, subject to the second last opportunity. No evidence is present.

       Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
