Learned counsel for opposite parties No.1 to 3 submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and in this regard he has placed on record settlement agreement executed in between the parties.

2.      In view of the above, learned counsel for the complainant states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint.
