This Execution Application was filed by the petitioner/decree Holder against the Judgment Debtor/opposite party for compliance of the order in CC.No.No.20/2016 dated 30.12.2016 failing which,  to issue warrant of arrest U/S 27 of Consumer Protection Act 1986. 
Decree Holder present.  Warrant not executed inspite of several opportunities.  It is represented that warrant could not be executed as no such person exists in the given address.  Hence no purpose in keeping the Execution Application.  Hence the Execution Application is closed.. No Cost.
   This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 16th February 2023.
