                   Today, case is fixed for preliminary hearing. At this stage, Sh.J.S.Virk, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that the complainant may please be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, as there is formal defect in the present complaint. Documents may kindly be returned.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after removing the formal defect. Documents be returned. File be consigned to record room.
