        The matter was amicably settled between the parties on 15.05.2015 and respective statements of parties were also recorded.

        In terms of settlement, the OP has given six cheques to the complainant out of which five are of Rs. 20 Lakhs each (i.e. One Crore) and the sixth cheque is of Rs. 15,55,173/- (Fifteen Lakhs, Fifty Five Thousand and one Seventy Three Only).

        The cheques are in the name of the complainant Sh. Bhupidner Kumar Chaturvedi, and are drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Photocopies of the cheques are retained.

        Counsel for the OP states that the aforesaid payment has been made after deducting TDS and necessary TDS certificate shall be given to the complainants as and when they will get from the department.

        The complaint was already disposed of on the last date of hearing.

Since the compliance has been done, file be consigned to record room.
