Learned counsel for the complainant sates that because of some financial constraints complainant has sold the property in question to a third party. Therefore, the complainant will have to give up certain claims and after that this Forum would not have pecuniary jurisdiction to try the complaint. Therefore, she seeks to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint with new facts on same cause of action before the appropriate forum. Liberty granted. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
