Dr. Aswini Kumar  Mahapatra, President:

The Learned counsel for the complainant accompanied with the complainant representing through her special power of attorney present and filed a not pressed memo in advance on behalf of complainant alongwith the Xerox copy of the registered sale deed of the flat executed for the O.Ps in favour of complainant. After amicable settlement between the parties the O.P. had settled the dispute and the sale deed relating to the Flat in question has already been registered in favour of the complainant and the said flat has already been handed over to the complainant with full and final satisfaction of her claim as per terms and conditions of their agreement by the O.P. and the complainant is now in peaceful possession of the said flat. As thus the complainant do not want to proceed in the case. Hence the case. Heard the complainant, perused the record, verified the memo and the sale deed of the said flat submitted by the O.Ps earlier.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as the dispute is already resolved amicably between the parties memo is allowed. Accordingly we dropped this proceeding against the O.Ps as not pressed by the advocate for the complainant.

Issue copy of order to the parties free of cost.
