For Opposite Party No.2:                 Sh.Nitin Rana, Officer on behalf of Opposite Party No.2.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 04.09.2018,  Sh.Arun Tayal, Advocate appeared on behalf of the Complainant and had stated that the Complainant has amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and in this regard, he also made  before this Forum, the following statement:-

“Stated that the Complainant has amicably  settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties as full and final settlement of his claim and now the Complainant does not want to proceed further. Hence, the complaint of the Complainant may be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.”

But on that date, due to incomplete quorum, the proper order could not be passed.

Hence, in view of the supra statement of ld.counsel for the Complainant recorded on 04.09.2018, the  instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
