                   Today, complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same with the permission to file afresh complaint if desired so.  

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
