ORDER

Gulab Singh Versus Yamuna Agency.

CC No. 218 of 2012.

 

Present: Sh. Gulab Singh complainant in person with counsel Sh. Surjeet Singh Saini Adv.

              Sh. Virender Kumar Proprietor of Yamuna Agency with counsel Sh. Manish Kashyap.

 

                      Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, representative/proprietor of the OP No.1 M/s Yamuna Agency Sh. Virender Kumar made a statement recorded separately that he is ready to remove all the defects free of costs of the motorcycle bearing chassis No. MBLJA05EGC9B03751 and Engine No. JA05EBC9B03054 of the complainant and further all the parts which will be replaced or repaired will be under warranty of one year subject to condition that complainant gets the service from his agency during this period of one year.

                        On the other hand, complainant who is present in the court accepted the offer made by the proprietor of Op No.1. Statement of both the parties recorded separately.

                        In view of the compromise, the present complaint is hereby partly allowed in terms of compromise. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
