                        The complaint has filed a memo and submitted that after receipt of notice from the Hon’ble Forum the OP has replace the Timex Watch Model No.TWOOY 405 to the complainant and the complaint also delivered the old watch and the Ops give the new watch and the case dispute has been settled out of the forum and he prayed to drop the case in the interest of justice.

                              We perused the memo and also heard the   complainant.  As the complaint   has   received his claim product and he does not want to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.                    

                        Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
