Sachin Kumar aged 35 years son of Shri Ramesh Kumar, resident of Village Nanhera, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal.

1.     M/s Jaivik Kranti Biotech Company through its Team Manager, Hari Om Parmar son of Shri Vijay Singh, resident of village Garhi Harju, Post Anwal Khera, Tehsil Etmadpur, District Agra (UP).

2.     M/s Jaivik Kranti Biotech Company through its Branch Manager, Branch Office G-61, Sector-63, Noida (UP).

3.     Hari Om Parmar, Team Manager of M/s Jaivik Kranti Biotech Company, Village Garhi Harju Post Anwal Khera, Tehsil Etmadpur, District Agra (UP).

               Today the case is fixed for issuance of notice to OPs No.1 & 3, subject to filing correct address and registered envelope. Neither correct address, registered envelope have been filed by the complainant. Shri Devi Chand, Clerk on behalf of complainant submitted that neither the addresses of the OPs No.1 & 3 are traceable nor the complainant in his contact. He further submitted that the present complaint may kindly be  disposed of.

                   A careful perusal of the file reveals that the present complaint has been presented on 22.08.2023 and thereafter the case was repeatedly adjourned for issuance of notice to OPs No.1 & 3 subject to filing of correct address and registered envelope but till today the case is going on the same proceedings as the complainant has failed to complete the formalities for getting the service of OPs No.1 & 3 effected.

                   Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
