This case stands filed on 28.06.2021. But it has been admitted on 21.05.2022 on account of the fact that complainant after filing the case has not taken interest in the case then considering the amended act this case has been admitted as more than 21 days were lapsed after filing of the case. But thereafter notice was issued to the complainant vide gyapank no. 483 dated 27.05.2022 to appear and to take step but complainant did not appear even today also. Which amounts that complainant has no interest in this case after its filing. Therefore, this Commission considers fit to dismiss the case. The complainant also neither removed the defects points out nor comply the order by filing requisite. Accordingly, this complaint petition stands dismissed.
