The matter has been settled between the parties amicably in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel of OPs has made a statement that they are ready to refund the billed amount i.e. Rs. 54000/- by cheque as settled amount within seven days. Complainant accepted the same and he is ready to take the settled amount of Rs. 54000/- as full and final amount. Now he do not want to pursue with present complaint and the same be treated as withdrawn. Keeping in view on the statement of both paries, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
