The matter has been settled between the parties amicably in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel of OPs has made a statement that they are ready to refund the Weston LED amount within five days. Complainant accepted the same and he is ready to take amount of Weston LED as full and final amount. Now she do not want to pursue with present complaint and the same be treated as withdrawn. Keeping in view on the statement of both paries, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
