The matter has been settled between the parties amicably in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel of complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised and as per compromised we have received the billed amount of refrigerator in question alongwith compensation and withdraw the same being fully satisfied. Now he do not want to pursue with present complaint and the same be treated as withdrawn. Keeping in view on the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
