Order  Below  Exhibit 1

            In view of the order passed on the interim application filed by the Opposite Parties dtd.30/09/2014, this complaint is struck off from the file of this Forum as this Forum has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint and the Complainants are directed to comply the following order –

O R D E R

                     i.       The complaint be returned to the Complainants for presentation in the Hon’ble State Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

            ii.       The Complainants are directed to present the complaint before the Hon’ble State Commission on or before 10/12/2014.

           iii.       Both the parties are directed that they shall remain present before the Hon’ble State Commission on 19/12/2014.

            iv.      Copy of this order be furnished to both the Parties.
