The Opposite Parties are jointly and severally directed to convey and transfer the said flat alongwith proportionate share of land after executing the Deed of Sale in favour of the Complainant.  The Opposite Party No. 1 and  2 are also jointly and  severally directed to  pay the cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Complainant within thirty days from the date of this order.  If the Opposite Parties have not laid the tiles to the roof, the Opposite Parties to lay the tiles within thirty days from the date of this order and the balance amount payable by the Complainant  to the Opposite Party No.1 and 2 shall be adjusted towards less area of 7.08 sq.mts approximately.
