ORDER

Heard the counsel for both parties. On considering the value of the subject matter involved in this complaint including the delivery of possession, we are of the view that the subject matter is more than Rs.20.00 lakhs which is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this forum and hence, complaint is returned for presenting it before proper forum or authority.
