ORDER

Complainant is absent through out. Opposite party is present. Opposite party submits that he has changed the frame of the spectacles and given it to the complainant. It is the complainant who has filed complaint and he should be deligent in prosecuting the case. The conduct of the complainant shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the complaint. Hence the complaint stands dismissed of default and non prosecution. No costs.
