ORDER

 

                        The complainant has made statement that

 he has received new mobile set make Intex

 IN 5050 bearing IMEI No.358329020248010 today

alongwith litigation costs of Rs.1000/- in cash

from OP No.1 and the old handset in question

is presently lying in the service centre of OP No.1

 and in return the job sheet in original of the same

alongwith other accessories of the old mobile in

question has been given to counsel for OP No.1.

Hence, he withdraws his complaint as fully satisfied.

The learned counsel for OP No.1 admitted statement

of the complainant to be correct. Such statement is

placed on record. In view of this, the complaint is

 dismissed as withdrawn.

                    Copies of this order free of cost be supplied

 to the parties. The file be consigned.
