Present:- None for the Complainant

As per report of the Ahlmad, Correct Address of OPs No.1 & 2 not filed sofar.

Perusal of record shows that since the date of filing the present complaint, the case is being adjourned for filing correct address of OPs, but correct address of OPs has not been filed despite availing number of opportunities. Even the Counsel for the complainant or the complainant himself is not appearing regularly in the Court. On the last date of hearing, on the request of Counsel for the Complainant, one more opportunity was granted to file correct address of OPs, but today also neither the complainant nor his Counsel is present nor the correct address of OPs has been filed. Since the OPs have not been served and due to not filing of the address of OPs, the complaint can not be decided on merits. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing his complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
