As per Satish Sapre, President. 

Complainant/ Excutant Petitioner is absent since long. Perused record it appears that accused had deposited amount of Rs.2,84,869/- into commission for compliance of order Dt.02/05/2022 & 29/03/2017. Same is withdrawal by complainant. The said fact is confirmed by Report of AAO. As such it appears that accused has complied the order of this commission alongwith Hor’ble State Commission, Bench at Nagpur. There remains nothing in present execution proceeeding.

Hence, accused is acquited u/s 72 of C.P. Act, 1986. Bail bonds if any executed by accused stands cancelled. Case is “Dismissed” for compliance of order Dt.29/03/2017 & 02/05/2022. matter is disposed of accordingly. 

                                                               ORDER  

       1)      Execution Application is dismissed as compliance of order. 

       2)      No order as to costs.

       3)      Accused is released from offence u/s 72 of Consumer Protection Act 1986.

       4)      The bail bonds executed if any by accused stands cancelled.

       5)      Certified copy of this order be supplied to both parties free of cost.
