                    Learned counsel for the complainant states that the correct address of the opposite party is not available, so, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and he has sought permission to file the case afresh after availability of correct address of opposite party. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

                   In view of the above statement present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to the complainant to file the case afresh on availability of correct address of opposite party.
