Sh. Ravi Shankar Sodhi, Advocate counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he has received a demand draft bearing No.502385 dated 4.10.2024 amounting to Rs. 33,500/- payable to Amit Gupta, complainant from Sh. Aman Kumar, Area Manager of OPs (Representative of Infinty Learn) as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant. The matter has been resolved. As such, on the instructions received on mobile of his client he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraw the same as fully satisfied.
