            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission during the arguments it reveal that this matter pertains to the against the Indira Gandhi University offering Graduate and Post-Graduate courses in NCR and Delhi in our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable in view of the law settled by Hon’ble National Commission in landmark judgment of Manu Solanki Vs Vinayak Mission University. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court. File be consigned to record room.
