The Instant Consumer Complaint has been filed by one Dr. Sohag Dey. We have gone through the record very carefully, perused the entire documents in the record and also heard the ld. Advocate for the complainant. On perusal of the same, we found that the subject matter of complaint does not fall under the jurisdiction of this Commission. On such ground, the complaint should be dismissed.
