This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.13,000/- spent by the complainant on account of terminating the services by the opposite parties and also to cover the left out places along with 18% interest and to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, hardship, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice with cost to the complainant.

 

The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
