Complainant present. Opposite party represented. The learned counsel for the opposite party submitted that the opposite party is ready to provide warranty for the already replaced battery for one year from the date of replacement of the same i.e. on 28-06-2012 to which the complainant agreed. Complainant has expressed his satisfaction regarding the present performance of the battery. The complainant endorsed his satisfaction on the complaint and also recorded that he is not pressing the complaint. In view of the above the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
