          Complainant by advocate Mr. Wavikar is present.  Opponent by Advocate Mr. U.K. Moolya is present, files letter of authority, taken on record.  Both the parties files joint pursis marked at Exh.X stating that the dispute is settled in terms of the consent terms and an order may be passed accordingly.  Consent terms are filed alongwith pursis marked at Exh.X-2.  Accordingly, we hold and passed the following order :

          Consumer dispute is settled in terms of the consent terms marked at Exh.X-2.  The consent terms shall form part of the order.  The complaint stands disposed of, accordingly.
